Puy de Dôme
They say that misfortunes never come alone and it seems that Blog Trips do not either, although they are quite the opposite and Welcome to meet new destinations! If I returned home last week after a few wonderful days touring the Costa del Sol Interior (visiting and overnight in Malaga, Antequera and Ronda), today Wednesday I find myself once again "on the road" thanks to Viajablog. On that occasion, of which I am beginning to give details now, was courtesy of the Costa del Sol Tourist Board. The trip that I start today is thanks to Atout France, the Tourism Development Agency of France.
We will visit the Auverne area, an area that for me a priori is not one of the usual destinations when one thinks of the neighboring country (Brittany, Loire, Cote d'Azur, Paris are the names par excellence). It can be an interesting discovery. It is a region that mixes Châteaus, volcanoes (the Puys mountain range has 80 ancient volcanoes in an area of 35 km), old town and world heritage of UNESCO. Naturally there will be time for gastronomy and we all know that the French have the reputation of being the best chefs in the world.
In the program we have Thuret, Vulcania (a theme park about volcanoes!), Clermont-Ferrant, Pérignat les Sarliève, Lavaudieu, Brioude, Puy ...
I will do this trip together with other travel bloggers, Nani Arenas (from the inveterate traveler), Rafa Pérez (the traveling photographer), Inés Fernández-Tuesta (my trips there), Angel Martínez (drymartinez), Nuria and Alberto (la loli planet), and Esther Añón (by EasyJet) and Laetitia Lebas (representing Atout France) will be with us.
If this afternoon you go through Terminal 1 of Barajas and see me looking for the EasyJet counter, wish me Bon Voyage!
