Artichokes with orange: a curious Sardinian combination for a dish that could be an entree or a dessert. The artichokes came raw and cut very finely while the orange slices rested on the artichoke.

We ate it outside Oristano during our trip to Sardinia. It was a dish that surprised me by the original idea of ​​combining two products so typical of the Mediterranean that it would never have crossed my mind to complement in the same dish.

In addition, the combination was unbeatable on the palate!
